We certainly hope you love your products, but on the off chance you are experiencing any issues, we're here to help.
Return and Refund Policy
- We have a 14-day return policy, which means returns can be requested within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. The 14 days include weekends and holidays.
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their order.
- Shipping fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Items that shipped for free will be refunded minus what it cost us to ship your item.
- DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) duties and import taxes paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, which includes the plastic shrink wrap.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@umbrellatreepress.com. If you meet our return conditions, we will send you instructions on where to send your package. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Returns
Please note that it is always necessary to have received the order prior to processing a refund. Therefore, it is recommended to use a tracking and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit. Items not received will no longer be eligible for a return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received your item damaged, you’ll need to contact us within 3 days of your tracking information saying “delivered” in order for us to initiate a claim for your package.
Cancellations and Exchanges
We do not offer cancellations and exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
